Offenders will be held accountable and made to face the full force of the corresponding consequences, in line with both legal requirements and the platform's internal regulations designed to combat CSEA.

III. User Access Regulations
- Age Restriction It is clearly stipulated that only users who are 18 years old or above are eligible to use the MiLive software. The software has enabled automated systems with manual inspections to accurately identify users' age information. Any attempt to falsify age to bypass the access restrictions and gain unauthorized access to the platform is regarded as a serious violation. Once verified, the involved account will face immediate suspension or permanent banning.
- Exclusion of Restricted Users Users who have been convicted of crimes against children, including but not limited to sexual assault, physical abuse, neglect, and child trafficking, are permanently prohibited from using the MiLive software. The information of such users will be entered into the internal blacklist system to prevent them from re-registering or infiltrating the platform through other means.

- Content involving the sexual fetishization of minors, such as vulgar discussions, sexually suggestive role-playing, and displaying by wearing revealing and sexy clothing, is also strictly prohibited. The platform will use a combination of intelligent algorithms and manual inspections to ensure that such inappropriate content has no place to hide.
- All forms of depicting child nudity or sexualization are not tolerated, even if they are presented as "artistic creations" such as paintings and animations. As long as they involve elements of child sexualization, they will not be permitted to maintain the purity of the platform.
