Offenders will be held accountable and made to face the full force of the corresponding consequences, in line with both legal requirements and the platform's internal regulations designed to combat CSEA.

III. User Access Regulations

• Age Restriction It is clearly stipulated that only users who are 18 years old or above are eligible to use the MiLive software. The software has enabled automated systems with manual inspections to accurately identify users' age information. Any attempt to falsify age to bypass the access restrictions and gain unauthorized access to the platform is regarded as a serious violation. Once verified, the involved account will face immediate suspension or permanent banning.
• Exclusion of Restricted Users Users who have been convicted of crimes against children, including but not limited to sexual assault, physical abuse, neglect, and child trafficking, are permanently prohibited from using the MiLive software. The information of such users will be entered into the internal blacklist system to prevent them from re-registering or infiltrating the platform through other means.

IV. Platform Behavior Prohibitions

• Sexualization of Minors and Related Exploitation Behaviors

  • Users are strictly prohibited from sharing, creating, or distributing any content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation on the platform. This is a red line that the platform cannot cross. Whether it is text descriptions, pictures, videos, or information presented in the form of animations, audio, etc., once discovered, such content will be immediately deleted, and the violating users will be severely punished.
  • Content involving the sexual fetishization of minors, such as vulgar discussions, sexually suggestive role-playing, and displaying by wearing revealing and sexy clothing, is also strictly prohibited. The platform will use a combination of intelligent algorithms and manual inspections to ensure that such inappropriate content has no place to hide.
  • All forms of depicting child nudity or sexualization are not tolerated, even if they are presented as "artistic creations" such as paintings and animations. As long as they involve elements of child sexualization, they will not be permitted to maintain the purity of the platform.

• Harmful or Dangerous Acts Involving Minors

  • Threatening, inciting, or physically assaulting minors is absolutely not allowed on the MiLive platform. The platform has a reporting and rapid response mechanism to ensure that child victims can be protected in a timely manner and violators will be duly punished.
  • Psychological abuse, coercion, or manipulation of minors, which are forms of implicit harm, also violate the platform's rules. The platform will adopt various measures such as user education and content review to create an environment that respects the mental health of minors.
  • Depicting or encouraging minors to participate in dangerous activities, such as extreme sports and dangerous games, which can cause physical and mental harm to minors, must be firmly prohibited. The platform will pay special attention to such tendencies during content review and correct them in a timely manner.
  • Promoting or depicting acts of neglect or trafficking of minors, which seriously violate public order, good customs, and laws, will be cracked down on by the platform in cooperation with law enforcement agencies.

The manual inspection team, composed of experienced professionals, conducts in-depth analysis of the suspicious content flagged by the system to ensure that no risk point is overlooked and to fully safeguard the safety of children on the platform.

  • If users detect potential violations, they can either use the in-app reporting function for feedback. This function is easy to operate, allowing users to submit reports with just a few steps. The reported information will be encrypted for transmission to protect the privacy of the whistleblower.
